Thrifting Jackpot

This morning it was raining again, and being a holiday, I assumed everything was closed. On a whim, I checked the Goodwill website and like a choir of angels singing, it said "Open Memorial Day...green, yellow, blue tags and furniture 50% off".

People, I was out the door faster than ever...with my 22 month in tow. I hit up 2 Goodwills and SCORED.

For a grand total of $20, I got all of this!

This was the vase before I sprayed it with semi-gloss white. I had to paint it right away...I have the patience of a gnat.

I could've bought several other pieces of furniture, but I was good today. And if you look on the left of the first 2 pictures, you'll get a sneak peek of the french table I'll show you tomorrow. I looourve it!

    Wow! I didn't get a chance to go thrifting today, but looks like you got some amazing stuff! Love the frames and the chair. And the redo of the vase looks great!

    I was the thrift store today. Had a yard sale! Wish I had scored like you, because it wasn't an extreme money maker. Everyone here was at the lake due to abundant sunshine. :P

    I have the exact same chair recovered it, but need to do so again, the fabrice I picked really pilled. Comfy piece!

    AWESOME!!! Wish I had thought to go to goodwill! darn it! That chair is awesome, can't wait to see what you do with it. I have one that is extremely similar especially the color! I got mine at goodwill too for 10 bucks!
