Four Leaf Antique Pedestal Dining Table

I would have LOVED to stage this piece better, but it's uber heavy and I don't have a space big enough to stage it. That said, I heart this table. And even better, it's owner came for a sneak peak this morning and also loves it!!

I mentioned this table in my entry yesterday, but here is the before:

After being given an amazing color to work with (which was an Ooops that the client found!), here is what it looks like today!

Now, you are probably thinking "what color IS that?". I have seen four different colors depending on the angle and time of day...deep gray, purplish gray, brown and at times, a green/gray. It is dramatic and moody...and I love it!! I also have a black glaze over it and light distressing.

Here is the color info if you'd like to try it out...I don't think you'll be disappointed! I got mine in satin enamel, as it's a dining table and enamel paint is more durable.

Very pretty and love the shape of the table too. Tired of my square tables I always seem to land/find. :)

Great bones to the table, and the client was very smart to pick that oops paint. The gray color is lovely. Nice refinishing job!
