A Few Painted Pieces

Just another quick update with 2 pieces for you. Carver Junk Company has been very busy, which is great for my business but I am slacking on pictures of before and after. So here is one to tide you over...I will be a better blogger once school starts (SEVEN days...not that I'm excited or anything...)

Before:

Record cabinet found in the corner of a garage at an estate sale, and it came with mouse droppings!

After: A great bathroom storage cabinet or bar!

And this piece came to me painted a light yellow but it was a bad paint job. The sitter that helped me every Wednesday this summer was updating her apartment and thought it would be great in a pop of orange! She picked right!

I have a garage full of furniture just waiting for the humidity to drop. Can't wait for fall painting!

The cabinet and table are great - but where in the world did you get that fabulous cobalt blue mason jar??? I'm in love!

I love what you did with the record cabinet! What's the color? Did you use a stain to antique it?

I love love love that record cabinet! I have a old sewing machine cabinet I want to paint-very similar style-I would like it to look like that. Did you use thinned paint to get that look? Chalk paint? Thank you for sharing!
