Restoration Hardware meets Anthropologie

The before picture for this dining table is MIA....but we've all seen a dried out oak pedestal table, right? But I bet not many of you have seen legs like these!

Did I get your attention with those legs? How about this finish?

Can you imagine this table in a white, rustic room? To.die.for! YUM!

Info on this finish to come if peeps are interested! I will add that there is only a tiny bit of paint involved!

Table with Gold Leaf Accents

I've never gold leafed before...so you experts can tell me how I did my first time around.

My best client, Shayne brought me this table. Same old story...great bones, but needed updating.

She wanted it white with gold leafing and distressed. So I gave it my best shot!

I used the Krylon gold leafing pen and I think it would be easier to use gold paint on a piece like this. The Krylon pen is great, but for smaller projects.

So how'd I do? Be honest...can't improve without constructive criticism ;)

Tiny Table Redo

Has anyone else fallen completely behind in blogging and projects since school started? Good night! My progress on things is so slow...several projects are at a standstill and it's just so discouraging. I love my children dearly, but sometimes I dream of having a studio and camping out there while they are at school. In time...in time.

Onto my latest project. Have you ever seen a table like this?
Photobucket

It just needed a little love~
